The Link2 Sensor LTS-06 is a highly versatile radio transceiver in a small form factor providing great portability and compact installation. The LTS-06 has multiple integrated radios allowing communication with a wide array of wireless instrumentation and telemetry systems.
The LTS-06 also includes a mini-USB port for PC based configuration and/ or power along with a standard DE-9 port for wired connections using RS232 or RS485 to nearby instrumentation.
Smart Instrument Device Server
The LTS-06 provides a smart instrument interface that has the ability to communicate with over 70
instruments from leading manufacturers. Connectivity can be achieved via wired connections via the
DE-9 port or wirelessly from devices such as the Thermo EPD.
The LTS-06 reads and interprets important measurements, alarms, and the device status. This data is
encrypted and transmitted in a low bandwidth format to compatible remote monitoring systems such
as Thermo ViewPoint.
Internal CNET Mesh Radio
The LTS-06 has an integrated 2.4GHz Mesh radio to transmit instrument data to a nearby Mesh base
radio. The LTS-06 can also be configured to rebroadcast sensor data from other nearby Mesh equipped radios to increase overall range of the Mesh wireless network.
Compatibility
The LTS-06 is compatible with other existing devices containing the CNET Mesh Radio (may require firmware update). For BT connectivity, the LTS-06 can support BT Smart (BT 4.0+ LE) and legacy
BT SPP devices.
